Our muzzles are fully functional without any added straps. Our muzzles are designed to allow your dog room to pant comfortably, which may result in slight movement. For added stability and comfort if needed, we offer optional safety straps to further secure the muzzle.
 
The chin strap can be added to the underside of the muzzle as an optional strap. This is especially beneficial for dogs who may not benefit from using one of our head straps. This strap can prevent a dog from being able to hook their paw underneath to remove the muzzle. By stabilizing the muzzle, it provides a more secure and comfortable fit for your dog.
 
All chin straps are closed with Chicago screws, please note - Chicago screws can sometimes gradually come undone over time, therefore you must regularly check to ensure that they are still secure. Alternatively, once you have your ideal fit or colour combination, you can 'loc-tite' your chicago screws closed.  Standard rivets cannot be undone.
