Collars are made of BioThane material and fastened by rivets. They come with your choice of hardware. This item is only available in two hardware options black or nickle plated.

For this size collar we use standard Beta BioThane as the super thick will not fit the buckle. If you really want the super heavy it will have to have the end piece made of Standard to fit the buckle. Super heavy is 4mm thick. Standard is 2.5mm thick. Regardless of the thickness both types offer the same strength level.

You may choose to two tone your item and have your pets name / info etched or pressed on it. See the add on page for the options.

BioThane is not indestructible, will last longer then leather but like all things will eventually wear specially if being dragged on the ground and over sharp rocks. Inspect your product for defect every so often to insure there are no break points to prevent pets from getting away.

All Products carry a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any issues with hardware, as well as any issues that arise from the assembly process. Warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday Wear & Tear, Misuse, or Damage caused by your pet (Chewing, Biting, Scratching). Does not cover the usage of harsh chemicals or products that use Deet, such as insect repellents as they may cause staining or pitting.

Due to the item being customized for your pet. We will not be able to do an exchange or return.

When you received your item please inspect it prior to use to ensure no defects in material / hardware. That the item is made to your specifications in colour and size.

You have 7 days from date of receiving item to contact us if there is an issue with the fabrication or specifications to your item. The item will have to be returned in an unsued fashion.

If there is an error made in the production of your item we will accepted a return. We will require the item to be returned, once item is returned the corrected item will be shipped to you.
